I adapted this recipe from the copycat Texas Roadhouse Rolls recipe that can be found on many different websites, via a simple google search. I had been eyeballing this recipe for a while and had tried the recipe before. Each time I tried the recipe, it just never seemed to come out right. This time I put my own spin on the recipe, and I feel like it turned out FANTASTIC! Here is the recipe as it appears on many of the websites I found via google search: Ingredients 2 1/4 teaspoons (1 envelope) active dry yeast 1 1/4 cup milk, scalded 3 tablespoons melted butter, slightly cooled 1/4 c. sugar 4 cups all-purpose flour 1 large egg 1 teaspoon salt melted butter for basting rolls Method: In a small saucepan, bring milk to a boil and remove from heat.
